We currently deliver products only within India. International shipping is currently not available.

Customized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time, which will be specified on the respective product page or communicated at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery Timelines:

Standard estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days depending on your location.

Deliveries to remote or rural pincodes may take slightly longer depending on third-party courier accessibility.

4. Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete the payment.

Free shipping promotions, when applicable, apply only to eligible products and pincodes.

5. Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID along with courier partner details will be shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

You can track your order status in real-time using the tracking link provided.

6. Delivery Rules & Address Accuracy:

Customers must ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided during checkout are correct and complete.

If a delivery fails or is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or non-availability of the recipient, additional re-shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or missing items, please record an unboxing video and take clear photos before opening.

Report the issue to our customer support team within 7 days of delivery along with your Order ID and photo/video proof as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
