At AurraHomes, we strive to deliver high-quality producs and ensure customer satisfaction
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch by contacting our support team via email or phone.
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you can request a return after delivery according to our return policy.
Return Eligibility
Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, labels, and invoice.
A return request is eligible only if:
You received a damaged product.
You received the wrong product.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
Non-Returnable Items:
Returns will not be accepted for:
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Customized or made-to-order products.
Products without original packaging or missing parts.
Minor variations in color, grain, or texture that occur naturally in handcrafted or wooden products.
Return Process:

Share your order number along with clear photos or videos of the issue.
Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup where available or guide you through the return process.
Refund Policy:
After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Netbanking) or as store credit, depending on the payment mode.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred via direct bank transfer or UPI.
Return Shipping:
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, AurraHomes will bear the return shipping cost.
For any other approved return, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
